The manual, which is intended as a reference work, covers product groups, specifications of materials, standards, flow calculations, laying instructions and application of products.

For a complete and more detailed outline of the individual products, the brochure entitled: "Proplastics Product Catalogue" should be referred to. If you require further information please contact Proplastics Technical Services Department.

COMPLETE PRODUCT RANGE IN PRESSURE PIPE SYSTEM

The Proplastics pressure pipe system comprises Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Polyethylene (PE).

  •  Proplastics PVC pipes are manufactured in PVC (u-plasticised  polyvinyl chloride) and PVC (modified polyvinyl chloride).  Diameters range from 16 to 315 mm and pressure classes PN 4,  PN6, PN9, PN10, PN12 and PN16

  •  Proplastics PE pipes are manufactured in black colour and in  HDPE (high density polyethylene) and LDPE (low density  polyethylene). HDPE is manufactured in pressure classes PN4,  PN6, PN9, PN10, PN12, PN16 and PN20. Diameters range from 16  to 200mm. LDPE is manufactured in pressure classes PN3 and  PN6. Diameters range from 14 to 50mm.

The advantages offered by Proplastics pressure pipes systems include:

  •  Low weight
  •  High strength
  •  Corrosion resistance
  •  Good hydraulic properties
  •  Low jointing force
  •  Maintenance free
  •  Flexible
  •  Optional jointing methods
  •  Excellent abrasion properties
  •  Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2000 environment
